Celebrity Music Artist Colby O' Donis

Now 18 year old, Colby O'Donis was born to Puerto Rican parents, in New York City. By his 9th birthday, he was collaborating with producer/songwriters, Full Force, who were responsible for many of the hits that the Backstreet Boys and N-Sync had. Shortly thereafter, Colby appeared on Motown records on the Stuart Little Soundtrack, singing the title track -- Mouse In The House. Soon afterwards, he began taking guitar lessons, with an emphasis on Flamenco style with Johan Olested (Carlos Santana's rhythm guitarist. He began to hone his vocal, songwriting and music production abilities and decided to solidify a career in the music industry. By his 14th birthday, Colby's musical endeavors had him opening shows for numerous major recording artists, including JoJo, B-5, Backstreet Boys, Brian McKnight, 98 degrees, and N*Sync, throughout Florida, as well as performing in the Florida School Tours, which consisted of Colby performing in the Florida for up to 1000 students per school. On Colby's 15th birthday, the family made the decision to relocate to Los Angeles, to pursue a recording deal with Colby's 100+ song catalogue in tow. Colby's sound consists of his utilization of his acoustic guitar and piano skills combined with a hip hop/pop fusion. His vocal style retains his youthfulness, yet reflects the delivery of a seasoned pro. His live performances -- which include Colby's stylized dancing skills, showcase an opportunity for him to reign as the new teenage male star, to speak for a new generation of young fans throughout the world. Colby's continues to perform in California, recently opening shows for Keisha Cole, 112, Montel Jordan, Daddy Yankee, Bad Boys, B-5, Omarion and Don Omar. He is also active on the SEAP Los Angeles School Tour. Currently, Colby just signed a six album deal with Akon's label, Konvict Muzic/Interscope Records.
